Jim is an accomplished entrepreneur and businessman as well as painter and designer.  His paintings are commissioned from all over the globe - each are unique and painted to order, making them exclusive to the individual client.

Having recently completed a long and prosperous career, Jim came from humble beginnings as a designer and engineer with Hyster, before going on to be credited with the position of Senior Director of International Business for Scottish Enterprise, Glasgow.  In this role, Jim worked to bring business into Scotland and take entrepreneurial Scottish spirit out into the world market.

Jim now works freelance as a business consultant and balances his time between family, friends and his paintings.  He lives in his self-designed home in Darvel, Ayrshire with his wife, Anne.
